Adding an existing user to a classroom (as an administrator)
This article explains how to add an existing user to a classroom This video shows the steps in the procedure below.
To do so:
- Login to your user account at app.behaviorflow.org.
- Tap on the”Organization” button
- Select the Classroom that you’d like to add the user to.
- In this example we are adding the user “newewinguser@ewingboe.org” to “Our Sample Classroom” at Antheil School in Ewing Township.
- Enter the email address of the user to be added in the “Add User” box
- Select the Role that the new user will have. In this example, the role is “Assistant”. Press “Add”
- A confirmation screen will appear confirming the user account exists and asking you to confirm that you want to add them to the selected group with the selected role. Press “Add User” to continue.
- After a brief time, a window will pop up confirming that the user has been invited. The display will change showing the invitation has been sent for the user.
Once this is completed, the invited user will need to log on to their account on their iPad, review the invitation and accept it if they agree they want to be added to the classroom. This procedure is explained in this article.
